ANTAQ - National Waterway Transport Agency, published the auction notice nº 01/2023 – POA01. The auction session is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2023, at B3's headquarters in São Paulo.
The POA01 area is classified as brownfield, is located within the Organized Port Polygonal of Porto Alegre-RS, has 13,500 m², intended for the movement and storage of solid vegetable bulk. The EVTEA was published in a simplified version, considering a contractual term of 10 years, with a fixed monthly grant of R$ 49,680.00.
The project involves a total investment of R$ 17.045 million, which includes the review, maintenance, revitalization and modernization of equipment and buildings present in the area, such as storage silos, which will be inherited by the lessee in their current conditions . The terminal has a total static capacity of 18,750 tons.
