The Administration of the Ports of Paranaguá and Antonina – APPA, together with ANTAQ - National Waterway Transport Agency, republished the auction notice nº 02/2022 – PAR09, inserting some adjustments in the draft lease contract. The new auction session is scheduled to be held on August 11, 2023 at 11 am, at B3's headquarters in São Paulo.
The PAR09 area is characterized as a brownfield, measuring 26,576 m², intended for the movement and storage of solid vegetable bulk. The contractual term established in the EVTEA is 35 years.
The terminal project involves a total investment of R$910.65 million, including investments in the terminal infrastructure, with the implementation of a total minimum static capacity of 162 thousand tons and other improvements in the leasing area. Investments in the port's common area are also included in the project's CAPEX, with the construction of the first phase of Pier “F” and the structuring of a logistical support area for the Port of Paranaguá.
